Farfalle chips made with Parmesan cheese

These crunchy chips, made from farfalle pasta, are inspired by Nick DiGiovanni's Viral Pasta Chips recipe from his book, Knife Drop. They go well on their own, or with a dipping sauce (Nick suggests marinara, alfredo, pesto or vodka sauce).
